Day 02: Ooty Sightseeing
Today post breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing of Ooty, visit Dodabetta Peak for a spectacular view. Later in the afternoon, visit the Botanical Gardens and the popular Ooty Lake. Evening free for individual activities.
Day 03: Ooty – Coorg (246 kms / approx. 6 hrs
After Breakfast Check-out from hotel proceed to Coorg –The land of Coffee and Spices is well known for its scenic beauty, breath-taking adventures and great hospitality. En route visit Dubare Elephant Training Camp and Bylakuppe for sightseeing of the magnificent Golden Temple and Tibetan Monastery. Upon arrival coorg, check-in at the hotel and
spend evening at leisure.
Day 04: Coorg Sightseein
Enjoy a tour of Coorg. Visit the Abbey Falls, located among coffee plantations and spice estates. Here, the Kaveri river cascades down a rock face into beautiful calm pools. Proceed to Raja’s Seat, a small pavilion with a garden surrounding it, offering a view of the spectacular Blue Mountains around. Visit the Omkareshwara Temple, dedicated to Shiva, which is almost 200 years old and is a surprising blend of Islamic and Gothic styles.
Day 05: Coorg – Mangalore – Departure (140 kms / approx. 3.5 hrs)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Mangalore airport for return flight back home.
