Tour Plan
Day 2: Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a guided tour of Istanbul where you will come across some
of the iconic historic world heritage sites starting with Hippodrome, the ancient capital during the Byzantine Empire was a public arena mainly used for chariot races, gladiator games, celebrations, etc. Further explore Topkapi Palace from outside, (entrance fees not included/closed on Tuesday) it is the world’s largest surviving palace and was an administrative center for the Ottoman Empire, today is a large museum and library. Next visit the beautiful St.Sophia offically known as the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, historically served as a Orthodox Catherral until 1453 untill the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II converted it into a mosque. Visit one the most iconic and historically famous Blue Mosque with breath taking interiors. Finally head to the Grand Bazaar (closed on Sundays), it is one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world with 4000 shops selling everything right from kilim rugs, Turkish tea, delights and spices to colourful crafts. After the tour, transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Istanbul. (B)
Day 3: Istanbul
After breakfast, your tour will start with Spice Bazaar, which is one the most colourful bazars offering numerios spices, Turkish delights, cavier, dried nuts and so much more. Later proceed for your Bosphorus Cruise Tour, (Boat is not private/ Ticket included) in the afternoon cross over the Bosphorus Bridge to Asia and visit Camlica Hill where you will get panoromic views of the Bosphorus Bridge and the city below along with historic tea houses and cafes . Disembark and return back to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul. (B)
Day 4: Istanbul – Kayseri – Cappadocia
After breakfast, you will transfer to Istanbul airport for your flight to Kayseri (flight not included). Arrive in Kayseri airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.(B)
Day 5: Cappadocia
After breakfast, embark on your tour to Cappadocia that includes Goreme Panorama, Love Valley, Cavusin Village, Avanos – Red River, Village. (entrance fees not included). After lunch break (at your own cost), go head for your shopping tour in which you will be aware of the ancient arts of Turkey like carpet weaving, leather manufacturing and jewellery. As this will be a guided tour, you will avoid being hassled which will enable you enjoy the shopping experience whilst gaining the knowledge of the ancient craftsmen. After the tour, transfer to your hotel. Free evening. Overnight in Cappadocia. (B)
Day 6: Cappadocia – Antalya
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Kayseri airport for your flight to Antalya (flight not included). Arrive in Antalya airport and transfer to your hotel in for check in. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Antalya. (B)
Day 7: Antalya
After breakfast, depart for sightseeing of Antalya. Meet your guide and drive to Duden Waterfalls
the place where the falls meets the sea and have a photo break in Konyaalti beach. Later visit to old town that is home to the gate of Hadrian, the Clock Tower, Fluted Minaret, Palm Street and the ancient harbor. There are many beautiful old houses in Kaleici. After the tour return to the hotel. Overnight in Antalya. (Entrance fees are included for this tour). (B)
Day 8: Antalya – Pamukkale
After breakfast drive to Pamukkale which is the center of natural thermal spring waters with healing properties. Then visit the travertines and the ancient city of Hierapolis which has the biggest Nekropol with 1200 gravestones in Anatolia. After tour, we will drive to our hotel at Pamukkale. Overnight in Pamukkale. (Entrance fees are included for this tour). (B, D)
Day 9: Pamukkale – Kusadasi
After breakfast, pick up from the hotel and transfer to your hotel in Kusadasi. It takes about 3 hours. Arrive in Kusadasi and check in your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Kusadasi. (B)
Day 10 : Kusadasi – Ephesus
After breakfast, departure for full day tour for ancient city of Ephesus, one of the most well-preserved archaeological sites in the world, which also includes a visit to the iconic Temple of Artemis, one of
the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You will explore The Grand Theater, The Library of Celsus, The Temple of Hadrian, The Curetes Street. After concluding the tour of Ephesus, you will proceed to the site of the Temple of Artemis. After the tour, transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Kusadasi (Entrance fees are included for this tour). Day 11: Kusadasi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will have free time until transfers to Izmir airport
for your flight back to Istanbul to catch your flight to your next destination (B)
